COAST Products, in partnership with Team USX, is supporting the first ever Armed forces climb to the summit of Mount Everest. Raising awareness about and funds for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is the goal of Team USX - and empowering veterans to inspire others. By the end of May, the ambitious USX team expects to reach the top of Everest.

Illuminating their ambitious trek will be COAST gear, including the HL27 headlamp with its Pure Beam Focusing Optic.

Lt. Harold Earls, a member of Team USX, will summit Everest, May 2016                               HL27 Headlamp

With both hands free to perform essential mountaineering tasks, the HL27 headlamp provides the climber with a flood beam for up-close work and the ability to easily switch to a spot beam to illuminate points further up the mountain.

Team USX is also counting on COAST's HL8R rechargeable headlamp, EAL12 emergency area lantern and HX5 pocket light to light every step of their journey. During the climb and even after they've reached the summit, visit the USX website and donate to their cause.
