Franklinville, NY - (FirearmsGuide.com) - Named after the mythical three-headed beast that guarded the gates of Hades, this knife not only has a bark, but it handles tactical, hunting, and camping tasks with equal amounts of bite. All told, the OKC Cerberus is a blade that will get you through hell and back, if needed.

“The OKC Cerberus represents the next step in our product development,” observed Deneb Pirrone, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for OKC. “The full-tang, overbuilt fixed blade that defined OKC’s tactical line for the past 25 years now comes with a modern, elegant look.”
The OKC Cerberus measures 10.2-inches overall with a 4.8-inch blade that is ideally sized for a wide range of tactical and utility applications. OKC designed the Cerberus as a catch-all knife that will perform expected – and unexpected – duties at a very high level. The blade material is D2, a tool steel used in manufacturing to cut other steels. So, yes, it’s strong. Plus, with a blade hardness of 57-59 HRC, it retains a razor edge much longer than most other types of steel.

The blade balance and ergonomic handle give the OKC Cerberus a light and dexterous feel that belies the true durability of this knife. The D2 steel is coated with black zinc phosphate that protects the blade from corrosion while reducing reflection. The G10 handle slabs provide for superior purchase while avoiding the water absorption and shrinkage of other handle materials. The knife is paired with custom brown Kydex® sheath and paracord for a wide variety of rigging options. The OKC Cerberus is Made in the USA with a MSRP of $265.00.
