Los Angeles, CA - (FirearmsGuide.com) – The LULA & UpLULA Magazine Speedloaders are easy to use, effective, and affordable speedloaders that will save your thumb and make a great day at the range even better.

Recently I was training on the range and after loading the magazine several times I decided that I finally have to “upgrade” my mag loading style. Why load the mags with your bare hands and torture your thumb? I decided to buy several Lula speedloaders and this is my experience with them.

The Lula speedloaders were invented in 2000 by Ran and Guy Tal (father & son) from Israel where they are still manufactured today. They founded the Maglula company (www.maglula.com) in 2001 and started mass production of their first product AR15 LULA loader and unloader. They own several International Utility Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights for their speedloaders.

Since then, they developed many different speedloaders and they currently provide several product families:

• LULA rifle magazine loader & unloader – a personal single-round loader and unloader.

• UpLULA pistol magazine loader – a personal pistol magazine loader.

• StripLULA 10-round stripper clip and loose rounds loader and unloader.

• BenchLoader 30-round heavy-duty single-stroke magazine loader.

• X10-LULA magazine loader – a non-locking loader & unloader for mags with a side button.

• V10-LULA magazine loader – a locking loader for mags with a side button.

1. Ease of use & effectiveness: LULA, UpLULA, and Baby UpLULA magazine speedloaders are super simple and easy to use and very effective mag loaders. To use any of them, just slide an empty magazine into the speedloader. Once the magazine is fully seated, squeeze the mechanism on the side of the Uplula while pushing down on the UpLULA loader. This force causes the Uplula’s press to engage the magazine follower, moving it downward and allowing a round to easily slip into the magazine. When the round is in place, release the side mechanism and pull up on the device to allow the follower to naturally move back into place.

Even the magazines with big capacity and hard spring can be easily loaded to the last round because you don’t push rounds down with your thumb. Instead of torturing your thumb and scratching it on the sharp magazine lips, you simply push down the UpLULA loader with the weight and strength of your whole arm and then you just slide in another round. Your fingers are protected at all times.

You will appreciate how much time and pain you will save even if you are young and healthy. If you are an older shooter with weaker hands that UpLULA speedloaders are a must for you. We also recommend using them in cold weather that can be harsh on your hands too.

2. Speed of use: Right out of the box, it took me probably 20 seconds to load my 10 round mag but with more practice, I become better. Many of you will load one round per second. I have zero ambition to break a world speed record in magazine loading. For me, it is only important that loading is easy and painless. Easy magazine loading means less pain and more fun at the range.

3. Production quality: Maglula magazine speedloaders are known for military-grade, top-quality production, and quality control. They are made from very strong polymer and steel, in black, pink, dark green, orange-brown, lemon green, purple and US-flag. They are sturdy but light. The weight is only 66 grams (2.3 Ounces). They are designed very well with functionality as a priority. I like their simple design. It looks like there is nothing that could break there.

4. Unloading feature: There is a channel along the back of the UpLULA and a small raised portion of plastic that pushes against the back of the first round in the mag. The small lip allows you to easily push the round forward and out from under the feed lips, exactly how the magazine is designed to function. Once you get the motion down, you can empty a fully loaded fifteen-round magazine very quickly. Again, your fingers are 100% protected while unloading.

5. Magazine compatibility: Maglula has speedloaders for any magazine. 1911, Glock, Sig, single stack magazines, double stack magazines, Ruger Rotary Magazines, AR15, ……the best thing is to go over to www.maglula.com and check it out yourself. I liked the most UpLULA universal 9mm to 45ACP pistol magazine speedloader that can load any pistol single or double stack magazine.

Universal UpLULA pistol loader loads the following mags: Astra, Auto-Ordnance, Barak, Beretta, Browning, Bul, Colt, CZ, EAA, FN, Glock, HK, Hi-Point, High Standard, Jericho, Kahr, Kel-Tec, Kimber, Les Baer, Llama, Luger, Magnum Research, Para-Ordnance, Phoenix Arms, Ruger, Sigma, Sig/Sauer, S&W, Springfield Armory, Star, Steyr, Taurus, Vector, Walther, and more. These are Maglula loaders for 30-rounds 223 Remington AR rifle magazines and one that I need the most - loader for Ruger 10/22 on the right

We found an interesting fact on the Maglula website. Maglula Ltd. does not sell online or on Amazon and eBay. They only sell to local gun shops and big gun-friendly retail stores. You can find a list of them at www.maglula.com.   The reason is probably because of low-quality Chinese knockoffs of patented UpLULA universal pistol magazine loaders are often offered for sale online. Some of these Chinese knockoffs are very similar to original Maglula loaders,  deceivingly having ‘UpLULA’ and ‘Made in Israel’ embedded in them and packed in blisters similar to Maglula’s.

Conclusion: If you would like to painlessly load your magazines to the very last round and enjoy shooting & training more, then UpLULA loaders are a great solution. Effective, simple, fast, light, reliable, and affordable solution to the unpleasant work of loading your pistol or rifle magazines. I could not even imagine loading 30-round AR magazines without LULA loaders.
