GRINNELL, Iowa -(FirearmsGuide.com)- Brownells wanted to be sure veterans were a part of history following the record-setting Henry Repeating Arms 1,000 Man Shoot Presented by the NRA.
That’s why Brownells sponsored 15 members of Phoenix-based VFW Post 9400 to participate in the event that took place at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday, November 14, 2016.
The veterans, whose ages ranged from 20s to 70s and whose service theatres included Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan, joined 985 other shooters who simultaneously fired Henry Repeating Arms Golden Boy Silver rifles simultaneously – thereby setting an NRA record for most shooters shooting at the same time in one event.
Each veteran will keep the firearm they shot during the event, all of which are numbered from one to 1,000 and feature the Henry Repeating Arms 1,000 Man Shoot Presented by NRA logo on them.
